The all-new PlayStation Plus service, including new gaming subscription categories Extra and Premium, will launch on June 13 in the US, and June 23 in Europe. It looks like the new library of games will offer a competitor to Game Pass, with some big-name PS5 titles to be included in the service right away, some third-party titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and more.

What won’t happen is release anything the new Games on the service for the first day of release. This means that you will not be able to play God of War Ragnarok on PS Plus on launch day. But, if you are patient, you will most likely still be able to play the game via the service within 1-2 years after that.

First, sign up for Game Pass Should Not active at the moment – I repeat to you Should Not You have an active Game Pass for this to work. Once you are confident, move on to the next step.

Next, you need to invest in up to 3 years of Xbox Live Gold. You can buy easily Xbox Live Gold Codes for 12 months From Amazon or other retailers, at a cost of $60 / £50 depending on your region.

I recommend collecting 2-Years of Xbox Live Gold

The maximum stacking amount for Gold subscriptions is 36 months (costing $180), any more than that will be lost. So, to keep things safe for those who currently have a Gold membership, I’d recommend sticking with just the two-year value (at a cost of $120/£100).

Now, here’s the fun part. Once you redeem these codes and accumulate your Xbox Live Gold membership to your liking, you can then convert this time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in a 1:1 ratio.

Go to Xbox Live Gold Upgrade Page And proceed to transfer the time you paid directly to Game Pass Ultimate. If you haven’t used the upgrade feature before, it will cost $1 / £1 (total cost is $121 / £101). If you’ve used this before, it will instead cost you $14.99/£10.99 to upgrade.

Overall, at most, you’ll only pay $135 for two years of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (instead of $359). If you can achieve a 3-year conversion, you will pay at most $195 (instead of $539). Now that’s a big discount. Once done, just make sure to turn off auto-renew as well.
