Saif al-Islam, son of dictator Muammar Gaddafi, announces his candidacy for the presidency of Libya | The world

Saif al-Islam, the son of the late dictator Muammar Gaddafi (1942-2011), presented the official nomination for the Presidential election this Sunday (14). Libya, Scheduled for December, the Election Commission official announced (See more in the video above).
