Protesters threw tomatoes at French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to Sergey, France, on Wednesday, days after Macron’s re-election.

Macron’s security detail was seen carrying an umbrella to fend off a barrage of cherry tomatoes during Wednesday’s visit. Macron secured the re-election of nationalist candidate Marine Le Pen on Sunday.
