A flight attendant found the snake’s head in the plane’s food on Thursday. The flight flew from Ankara, Turkey to Dusseldorf, Germany, and airline Sun Express said it was investigating the case, Indian TV New Delhi TV reported.
A company representative said the incident was “totally unacceptable” and that the contract with the caterer in question, Sancak Inflight Service, had been terminated. Further, an investigation has also been initiated.
“With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, our priority is to ensure that the services offered are of the highest quality and that our customers and employees have a comfortable and safe flight experience,” he said. SunExpress, Ref
Sancock, on the other hand, denied that the snake’s head was their responsibility, saying it “did not provide any of the alleged foreign substances in the food.” The caterer says he cooks the dish at 280 degrees Celsius and then adds the fresh-looking snake head.
