Carlos Bolzano was censored by Instagram following a fake post about Lula-politics

Instagram has hidden two posts made by Rio de Janeiro Councilor Carlos Bolzano (Republican). The move comes after President Jair Bolsanaro’s son “03” (no party) was accused of creating false news about former President Luiz Incio Lula da Silva (PT).

Lula is considered Bolsanaro’s biggest contender in the 2022 presidential election.

In that post, Carlos released a video of Lula talking about her conversation with former Bolivian President Evo Morales. During the interview, the PT member says he spoke with Morales about the nationalization of foreign refineries in the country before taking office as Bolivian president.

“I think the former prisoner and his accomplices forgot to remove this here,” Carlos said in the title.

The councilor posted that record as false news. He later released a second post with the same video, which also received the same warning.

“We have come at a time when we are releasing a video of an ex-prisoner speaking for himself, without any comment from the author of the post about the fact that he was exposed, and only with the speech of the BT member. He considered himself a liar by ‘checkers’. There is a method to this, it is very sensible, sophisticated and has a biography! ”, Said the councilor.
