Breweries have appointed Lorenzo Cain for commissioning. The move comes on the same day he reached 10 years of MLB service time. Cain and the club reached mutual agreement on the roster decision today, according to Adam McAleigh of MLB.com (Via Twitter). Cain’s second round working with the Brewers was quite successful, even if that’s how it ended. The veteran quarterback was in the final year of a five-year contract signed with the Brewers when he left Kansas City as a free agent. This 10-year-old veteran has a career path of .283/.343/.407 through 4,758 career career appearances with Brewers and Royals.
