London Labor Court, England, So-called “bald ass” by his boss, decided that Britain was being sexually harassed. According to GeographyThe judges understood the statement about Baldness Equivalent to the concept of the size of a woman’s breasts. This decision has been taken since last Wednesday the 11th.
The victim, electrician Tony Finn, is said to have worked for the British punk company in West Yorkshire for more than 20 years. But in May 2021 the expert was fired and complained to the court that he had been sexually harassed after an argument with factory supervisor Jamie King.
The victim reported the crime to the employer in July 2019, and the judges need to assess whether this humiliation was actually sexual harassment.
The judges noted that the boss referred to Finn in a derogatory and unnecessary manner and went too far with the notion of the employee’s appearance.
The company argued that the case was not sexual harassment. The judges, however, opposed the claim, saying that baldness was more prevalent in men than in women, and therefore supported the thesis that crime was “naturally related to the victim’s gender.”
The court also recalled a 1995 ruling on comments about a woman’s appearance. In this case, the court ruled that the victim was sexually discriminated against by a manager who commented on her breast size.
According to GeographyIn addition to sexual harassment, the sentence determines whether the victim receives labor compensation for unfair and improper dismissal.
